- Previous experience in the hire or construction industry or a similar role would be advantageous.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Forklift and LR licence are an advantage.
- Truck licence would be highly regarded.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our constantly growing business based in our Warana location. If you enjoy your day being packed with variety and you enjoy being hands on with a wide range of tools and equipment, then you'll love this role. You will be responsible for but not limited to
- Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service in all customer interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and support smooth operation of the branch showroom, yard, and storage areas.
- Complete inspections, clean, maintain and service hire equipment to a high standard.
- Coordinate with operation and workshop team members to ensure timely preparation and availability of equipment.
- Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
- Pickup and deliver equipment from customer sites and between branches.
- Safely load and unload equipment.
- Process hire contracts, including paperwork and payment transactions.
- Provide detailed information on equipment usage, availability, and pricing.
- Assist with general tasks as needed.
