Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Graduate Data Scientist. As a key member of our Performance and Analytics business unit, you will assist in solving business problems through innovative technical solutions and data insights.

This role provides an opportunity for professional growth and development in the field of data science, with exposure to various tools and technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and advanced modeling techniques.

Skill Requirements
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python.
  • Tailoring communication style and content to suit different audiences, from technical peers to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Basic SQL skills and an understanding of relational databases and database design.
  • Understanding of statistical methods to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Exposure to machine learning, deep learning, and advanced modeling techniques and algorithms.
  • Knowledge across data science domains, such as classification, forecasting, unsupervised learning, Bayesian modeling, natural language processing, image processing, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.
  • Interest in AI concepts and technologies, such as LLMs, RAG, and MCP, and applying them to practical business challenges.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, Gitlab, or Azure Dev Ops.
