Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled
Senior Solutions Architect
to lead the development of state-of-the-art air traffic management systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing secure solution architectures and managing complex software-centric real-time systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and propose innovative technical solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business strategies.
Analyse architectural and technical choices to ensure optimal trade-offs between customer needs, technical solutions, cost, and risk.
Lead working groups to conduct technical arbitration between subsystems and security teams.
Responsible for stabilising and maintaining the solution architecture throughout its lifecycle.
Ensure the solution architecture is optimised to address real needs through early validation, modelling, and proof of concept activities.
Requirements:
10+ years' experience in similar positions on projects delivering complex software-centric real-time systems.
Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and architectural frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in designing secure solution architectures.
Capability to manage various stakeholders with different objectives.
Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment and with international customers.
