Platform Development Expert

We are seeking a talented Platform Development Expert to join our team and play a key role in building a cutting-edge platform from scratch. This is an opportunity to embark on a journey of innovation, where you will have the chance to influence the technical roadmap and see your ideas implemented directly in production.

This position offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for designing and building brand new Go microservices for a multi-tenant SaaS platform, implementing APIs (REST/GraphQL) to expose core business functionality, and optimizing for performance, reliability, and scalability from day one.

As a Platform Development Expert, you will work closely with our technical stakeholders to develop architecture and set code quality and delivery standards. You will also collaborate within a strong engineering team, contribute ideas that influence architectural choices, and mentor and develop engineers to help scale the team as the platform grows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend engineering and system design, with a minimum of 3 years' commercial Go experience. They will also have proven ability to own complex features from concept to deployment, leadership experience for mentoring and guiding projects or teams, and experience in microservices/Kubernetes/cloud environments.

In addition, we are looking for candidates who are strong communicators who thrive in a collaborative culture. While not required, exposure to React or TypeScript, knowledge of Temporal, GraphQL, or event-driven systems, would be beneficial.
