Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience by supporting People and Culture teams with scalable, efficient, and compliant workforce systems.

  • Lead system administration of UKG Pro Workforce Management, including timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and pay rules configuration to drive business success.
  • Implement system updates and new functionalities with minimal disruption to ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert support to P&C Operations and Payroll teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Ensure systems meet legislative requirements, audits, and company policies to maintain compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and enhance the UKG Pro Workforce Management system to optimize payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of system configurations and changes.

As a senior workforce systems analyst, your skills and expertise will help drive business decisions through data-driven insights and process improvements.

Required Skills:
  • Experience in administering and implementing UKG Pro Workforce Management or equivalent systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG/Kronos pay rules configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and integrations with UKG/Kronos.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving across complex systems.
