Job Title:

 

We are seeking an IT professional to lead the deployment and customisation of a CRM system.

 

About the Role:

  • Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be part of an agile development/support team.
  • Working on the deployment, customisation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to design, develop, implement, maintain and support CRM solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the technical subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM, encompassing business and technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades.
  • Customising the system to meet the business needs of the organisation (leveraging Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, dataverse).
  • Assisting with technical support and incident problem solving.

 

Requirements:

  • A relevant business or technology tertiary qualification.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (2016, D365) is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability developing solutions in alignment with detailed business requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in SQL/SSRS/SSIS, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365.NET Core.
  • Demonstrated ability in providing advice on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customisations.
