System Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled System Operations Expert to provide level 1 & 2 systems support as part of a global team with a follow-the-sun model in place.
About the Opportunity- You will be responsible for troubleshooting software, laptop/PC hardware, printing and phone problems in a multi-site Active Directory environment.
- You will generate and manage service desk tickets for problems and work to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
- You will prepare new laptops and desktops for deployment to offices and mobile units in the field.
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact for IT-related issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Install, configure, and deploy software packages on company hardware.
- Manage and track company-owned hardware and software.
- Provide backup systems administration support for multi-server, multi-location IT infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Techncial or Bachelor's degree in IS, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with PC configuration/upgrades and repairs.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting network issues (LAN/WAN).
- Understanding of IP Phones and video conferencing.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting highly desirable.
