HR Systems Integration Expert

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will provide expert system support for HR systems, including SAP and SuccessFactors modules, to optimize functionality and ensure smooth operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the configuration of HR systems, focusing on SAP and SuccessFactors modules, to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement system enhancements, performance plans, and payroll functionalities in line with service level agreements.
- Lead process automation initiatives through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) from design to deployment.
- Collaborate on organizational system structural changes (OSSC) to ensure alignment with HR systems.
- Resolve system-related issues and provide expert guidance to payroll and HR teams.
- Document workflows and processes to streamline operations and enhance team knowledge.
- Contribute to HR system development projects to improve functionality and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for a motivated professional with at least 1 year of experience in an HR/payroll system support role, proficiency in Excel, and expertise in RPA tools. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
