Tournament Services Coordinator – Transport
to join our
Tournament Services team
to deliver the Australian Open 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from
November 2025
to
February 2026
.

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for:
Supporting the AO Transport Team with tournament administration and planning for AO26.
Managing team rosters, including updates, replacements, and fatigue management to minimise overtime.
Preparing and implementing a shift swap procedure for AO26.
Attending monthly meetings with AO Transport Supervisors and providing ongoing feedback.
Working within the Transport team during AO to support operations and assist the Tournament Services Lead.
About you
Demonstrate proficiency in Rosterfy (highly desired), Microsoft Office, databases, and other web-based applications.
Bring strong administrative skills, with high attention to detail and experience working within established systems.
Possess a solid understanding of transport requirements at major events.
Show outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, engage across diverse backgrounds, and remain calm and resilient under pressure.
Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
