Delivering Exceptional Tournament Experience as a Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team in delivering a world-class tournament experience.

This is a full-time fixed-term contract that requires flexibility and adaptability across the summer months.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the AO Transport Team with administration, planning, and operations.
  • Managing team rosters, including updates, replacements, and fatigue management.
  • Preparing and implementing shift swap procedures.
  • Attending regular meetings and providing feedback.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to:

  • Maintain strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Show a solid understanding of transport requirements at major events.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
