Job Title: Tournament Services Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Tournament Services Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills to support the delivery of major tennis events.

  • Support the tournament administration team with planning and logistics.
  • Manage rosters, including updates, replacements, and fatigue management.
  • Prepare and implement shift swap procedures.
  • Attend regular meetings with supervisors and provide feedback.
  • Assist with operations during tournaments and support the lead team.

Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications. You should also have a solid understanding of event logistics and transport requirements.
