Job Title: Tournament Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tournament Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction zones during bump-in, event, and bump-out periods.

The successful candidate will be an active presence across the event build site, identifying safety concerns and risk issues that require intervention or control. They will also coordinate and communicate with contractors, clients, staff, and event personnel regarding site procedures and venue restrictions.

This role offers a rewarding and enriching experience through being immersed in the culture of the event. You will see the tournament come to life with your own eyes and be one of many who contributes to the success of this grand slam.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of construction zones during bump-in, event, and bump-out periods.
  • Identify and mitigate safety concerns and risk issues across the event build site.
  • Coordinate and communicate with contractors, clients, staff, and event personnel regarding site procedures and venue restrictions.
Requirements:
  • Major Event Experience, with exposure to Overlay, Operations, Logistics.
  • Contractor management experience (desirable).
  • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to engage quickly with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to think quickly, be agile, solution-driven, and problem-solve.
