Event Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Assistant to join our team and deliver the Australian Open 2026.

This is a full-time role based at Melbourne Park from October 2025 to February 2026. As an Event Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events throughout the tournament.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for events during the tournament
  • Ensure timely delivery of event materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, staff, and stakeholders
