**Thriving Minds Therapy **is a privately owned Psychology practice located in Campbelltown. Our team provide high-quality mental health services to the local community.

**Thriving Minds Therapy** is a growing practice, and we are looking for an outstanding receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and motivated with high-quality interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Our operating hours are Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm. We are looking for a receptionist to join our team working Monday - Thursday with rostered hours falling between 9:30 am to 4:30 pm for 22 - 26 hours per week.

**Key Duties**
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional first point of contact for all clients, referrers, and professionals attending or contacting the practice.
- Answering and making phone calls to clients, referrers, and third parties
- Appointment diary management for all clinicians
- Invoicing, billing, and processing Medicare rebates
- Managing client records, and referrals and ensuring all documents required are on file.
- Attend to and manage all new enquiries, client intake, and client bookings.
- Basic marketing tasks
- Provide general administrative support for the clinical team.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments with clients and third parties.
- Providing high levels of customer service and communication when working with clients and clinicians
- Maintain day-to-day presentation and cleanliness of the practice.

- Patience and understanding of our clients
- Ability to work independently following established policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in allied health or medical field is desirable
- Previous experience as a receptionist is desirable
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Experiencing working with Practice Management Software
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with NDIS and/or Medicare advantageous
- Working with Children Check and Police Check required
- Able to work Monday - Thursday during standard business hours, including school holidays
- Must be an Australian Citizen or have the right to work in Australia

**Remuneration**

Remuneration is based on the Health Professional and Support Services Award and will be between $26 and $33 an hour plus superannuation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24-26 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
