**About Us**:
Associated Psychology Practice is a growing team of psychologists and mental health social workers, offering comprehensive psychological services. Our reception team plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service across our two practices**.** We support clients through various services, including Mental Health Care Plans, Work Cover, CTP, Psychometric Assessments, Couples and Family therapy.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Casual Receptionist/Admin to join our friendly team. The role offers flexibility with travel between our two locations and involves a range of administrative and client-facing tasks. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others.

**Key Duties**:

- Answering phone calls and addressing client enquiries.
- Booking and managing client appointments across both locations.
- Securing and maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Processing payments and Medicare rebates.
- Invoicing third parties such as Work Cover and CTP.
- General administrative tasks to support the team.

**Desired Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of previous administrative or reception experience.
- Experience in a healthcare or psychological setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office, with experience using Zanda (formerly Power Diary) or a similar practice management system is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel between practices and cover leave/uni days when needed.
