
Strategic Human Resources Partner

As a strategic human resources partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success by delivering expert advice and support across the organisation. This includes providing proactive counsel on people and culture related matters, such as employee relations, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and retention, reward systems, leadership development, coaching, performance management, team management and workplace investigations.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Support: Provide high-level advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders on HR-related matters, ensuring effective alignment with organisational goals.
- Operational Delivery: Deliver tactical support to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives, including employee relations, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and retention, reward systems, leadership development, coaching, performance management and team management.
- Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee and workplace relations issues through timely and effective intervention, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent, aligning with business objectives.
- Skill Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and provide training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Policy Development: Design and implement policies that promote a fair, equitable and productive work environment.
- Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices and legislation.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Showcase strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, managers and external partners.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
