About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned time management professional to join our team as a Manager. In this role, you'll play a vital part in designing and delivering seamless time management solutions that transform how organisations manage leave, attendance, and workforce time tracking.
You'll work with clients across various industries, including professional services, manufacturing, retail, and public sector organisations. As a Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our SAP SuccessFactors team and working closely with clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop technology solutions that transform clients' time management functions and solve their leave and time management issues.
Run workshops, design, set-up, and test prototype and production time management solutions to ensure seamless integration.
Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Time Management offerings powered by SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
Develop strong relationships with clients and gain their trust by providing exceptional service.
Pitch in on sales efforts when needed.
Continuously learn and develop your technical SAP and business expertise.
Requirements
You must have an Associate certification in SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
You should have a thorough understanding of best practices for time management processes and EAs/Modern Awards.
You should also have knowledge of basic concepts of EC and ECP.
You must have a minimum of two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations, including hands-on design and configuration within all areas such as time off, time, allowances, reporting, and mobile features.
Preferred Qualifications
You should have experience with Consolidated Time Recording with SAP S/4HANA.
You should be familiar with time management functionalities for other countries like APAC, including NZ, US, China, etc.
You should have certification and experience in EC.
You should understand SF to other SAP family product integrations like S/4 HANA and other time management solutions like UKG Workforce Central, Workforce Software, etc.
