Overview

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central & Time Off) - Contract role.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor, taking full ownership of client projects from the initial discovery workshops through to final deployment.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust solutions within SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off.
  • Design systems, manage configurations, and lead client-facing presentations and training sessions.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications
  • SAP Module Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off (primary technical requirement).
  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Employee Central Time Off.
  • Strong demonstrable experience of combined technical and functional experience within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Mandatory Certification: Current SAP certifications in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Experience in a client-facing role, with ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
  • HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of core HR and payroll business processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder relationships.
