Job Summary

The role of a Time Management Consultant is to design and deliver seamless time management solutions for organisations. This involves working with clients across various industries, including professional services, manufacturing, retail, and public sector.

This position requires strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their time management needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

As a Manager in the SAP SuccessFactors team, you will play a vital role in leading projects and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality results. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and develop your expertise in areas such as leave and attendance management, workforce time tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement time management technology solutions
  • Run workshops and configure prototype and production time management solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams, client stakeholders, and offshore teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and gain trust with key advisors
  • Contribute to sales efforts and continue to learn and develop technical SAP and business expertise
Requirements
  • Associate certification in SuccessFactors Time Tracking
  • Understanding of best practice for time management processes and EAs/Modern Awards
  • Knowledge of basic concepts of EC and ECP
  • Minimum of two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations
