We are seeking a seasoned expert in SAP SuccessFactors to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of SuccessFactors applications, encompassing Employee Central & Employee Central Time Off Modules.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams and Payroll specialists to gather their needs and deliver timely solutions.
  • Identify and resolve system issues or bugs, providing ongoing support to end users across applications.
  • Leverage consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration elements, developing a solution design for SuccessFactors that adheres to governance processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A proven track record of full-cycle implementation of SAP Employee Central & Employee Central Time Off modules.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within SAP SuccessFactors technical and functional areas.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, enabling the translation of business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • SAP Employee Central & SAP Employee Central Time Off certification is required.
