About the role

Summary

This is an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking implementation lead consultant opportunity in Sydney .You would  require a deep expertise in the SuccessFactors Time Management module and Employee Central, including configuration of Time Off, Holiday Calendars, Time Accounts, Work Schedules, and Leave Management. Key responsibilities involve conducting Business Requirement workshops, gathering client requirements, designing and implementing solutions using business rules and MDF objects and troubleshooting system issues. This role demands strong skills in stakeholder management, integrations and data exchange, as well as the ability to manage end-to-end implementation(s) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering:

Conduct client workshops to understand business requirements and advise on best practices for Time Off and Time Tracking processes.

• Solution Design & Configuration:

Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions, including setting up holiday calendars, time types, accrual rules, work schedules, and leave management.

• Time Tracking Implementation:

Configure positive/negative time tracking, clock-in/clock-out functionalities, overtime calculations, and alerts/errors.

• Integration Management:

Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (like Employee Central) and external systems, utilizing tools like Integration Center or middleware (CPI/Boomi).

• Troubleshooting & Support:

Provide expert support and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth functioning of the Time Management module.

• Documentation:

Create and maintain functional documentation, including business requirement documents and solution design specifications.

• Project Management:

Lead or contribute to end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Time Off modules.

• Technical Proficiency:

Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration tools, business rules, MDF objects, and workflows.

• Module Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of Time Off concepts like leave management, accrual rules, and time types, as well as Time Tracking processes.

• Integration Knowledge:

Familiarity with Integration Center, APIs, and middleware for data exchange.

• Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications ( Preferred):

SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Time Off/Time Management.

Key Concepts to Understand

• Holiday Calendars: Define company-wide holidays and public holidays.
• Time Account Types: Configure different types of time accounts for tracking balances, such as vacation or sick leave.
• Accrual Rules: Define rules for how employees earn time off.
• Work Schedules: Set up daily and weekly work schedules for employees.
• Business Rules & MDF Objects: Use these SuccessFactors tools to define complex logic for Time Off and Tracking processes.
