APAC Technical Leader

As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, we are seeking a talented Technical Leader to help customers unlock their full potential with our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technical engagement in pre-sales opportunities, fostering trusted advisor relationships with customer technical teams.
  • Advocate for our solutions: Understand and position our offerings in the context of customer goals, highlighting technical differentiators.
  • Empathise with Customers: Practice active listening to understand customer pain points and technical challenges.
  • Stay Ahead: Continuously update your knowledge on changes and discover new ways to enhance product, technical, and customer expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with enterprise sales cycles, understanding deal dynamics and value selling.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience working with Enterprise Customers in a pre-sales, consulting or customer-facing capacity.
  • Ability to collaborate with prospects, channel partners, and sales teams to provide winning solutions.
