Overview

We pride ourselves on a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative kitchen where creativity and passion are celebrated.
This is a Casual position, with work hours including nights and weekends.
You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities
Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.
Adherence to NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, with strong focus on maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
Work on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.
Provide guidance and support to junior chefs.
About You
Minimum 1 year experience as a CDP in a similar, quality restaurant environment.
Strong culinary and communication skills.
A self-motivated professional with a proactive approach, keen ability to use your own initiative.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
