**About the role**:
The Administration Manager's primary function will be executing and managing the administrative functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office, providing support to the management team, project managers and staff. Will ensure seamless operations, maintain effective communication and maximise productivity in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Acounts and/or Administrative functions.
- Strong knowledge of facility management industry regulations, practices and terminology.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance checks as required by statutory regulations and industry guidelines are accurately maintained
- Facilitate flow of information between various departments. This includes meeting notes and scheduled reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Data entry and updating documentation into Monday, OLC and other various systems.
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate all supplier and contractor workflows.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
