**The Role**

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for the efficient daily operations of the spa, retail

and private baths at Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa ensuring profitability and excellent

guest satisfaction outcomes.

Working closely with the Spa Operations Manager, you will ensure staff have a clear

understanding of their role and deliverables and that they are engaged, motivated

and skilled to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

**About You**

You are a reliable and accountable leader, you can work autonomously with a

professional, positive and confident attitude. You have strong interpersonal skills,

are naturally organised and detail focussed and work well under pressure.

You possess the following experience / qualifications / skills:

- 2 plus years' experience in the spa and wellness Industry in a leadership role.
- High level of organisation and administration skills.
- Business acumen and experience in delivering results against budget.
- Training and development in spa therapy and customer service.
- Exceptional guest liaison skills.

Key Performance Outcomes
- Be responsible for monitoring revenue, set daily revenue targets and control expenses.
- Demonstrate exceptional spa treatments therapy skills and personally deliver treatments three days a week, alongside your team.
- Follow-up and respond to internal and external customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Display leadership skills, integrate with the team harmoniously and maintain open and respectful communication.
- Lead organised and documented meetings, coaching, training sessions as required.
- Provide a high standard of presentation throughout all areas of the operation.
- Address training needs in a timely and professional manner and maintain current industry knowledge.

Required qualifications
- Internationally recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (Diploma in Beauty Therapy, CIBTAC, ITEC or CIDESCO or equivalent).
- Massage qualification an advantage.
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Working with Children Check
- National Police Check clearance
- Driven to success with friendly can-do attitude
- Willingness to work over a 7-day roster. Weekend work essential.
