Senior Spa Management Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring quality control measures and production levels, as well as resolving any work-related problems that may arise.
  • This role involves providing technical guidance to staff members to improve productivity and product quality, as well as training and supervising workers in their job duties and company policies.
  • The Spa Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, establishing work schedules and procedures, and ensuring that all hygiene and sanitation practices conform to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels to ensure high-quality products are consistently delivered.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Training: Train staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels of supplies to meet business needs.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • H&S Compliance: Ensure all hygiene and sanitation practices conform to regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • At least one year of experience in a related field is necessary.
  • Participation in a government or community program that supports newcomers and/or refugees, youths, and Indigenous people is preferred.
