We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to lead our team at a premier hotel. This is a unique chance to showcase your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct the operation of our spa, ensuring seamless execution of treatments and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Supervise treatment rooms, directing operational functions, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating optimal prices and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Mentor and coach staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes skill development and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to review and revise business plans, controlling costs and optimizing financial performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a spa setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
  • Sound business acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.
