**THE TEAM**:
Our Finance Team values decisions and actions that ensure success of the business today and tomorrow. The team provide financial reporting, governance, and transactional excellence. As trusted business advisors, the Finance Division works together with our customers, brand owners and suppliers to support CCEP's growth. **THE ROLE**:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Transformation & Change, the Office Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of Finance 102 site office administration, front of house finance activities, coordination of site services and backup of key tasks in finance services administration roles including Fleet and Expense Management, and other adhoc support across Finance as required.
In this role, the Office Coordinator will work to support an efficient and engaging working environment, developing and delivering all related processes and procedures, managing related communications and supporting the planning and delivery of events.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the culture and engagement of the Finance Group through event management, communications, and front of house support.
- Office supplies and equipment ordering including raising purchase orders and processing invoice payments for Finance team
- Administration and management of mail services, couriers, vouchers, lockers and other registers.
- Coordinate site services including Maintenance, Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Technology to support Finance requirements.
- Perform housekeeping administration for reception, kitchens, meetings rooms to ensure they are equipped, organised and to a professional standard.
- Ensure the workplace is safe through undertaking appropriate Health, Safety and Environmental practices & undertake correct reporting and recording of accidents, incidents and hazards.
- Manage site archiving processes to ensure effective controls and procedures to ensure security and privacy of all internal and external information stored.
- Provide key task backup support for Finance Administration roles including Fleet and Expense management.
- Ensure all relevant processes are documented, completed accurately and any risks are reported in a timely manner.
- Represent Finance on Site Safety Committee.
- Deliver additional projects and activities related to site operations and engagement as requested
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in an FMCG Organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Procurement and Payment processes and systems
- Advanced Microsoft Skills with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact with leadership, key stakeholders, employees in a professional manner.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Practical experience in event management and administration support.
- Good relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate & motivate across teams, peers and management.
- Strong problem solving, documentation, research and resolution skills
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing requirements whilst managing multiple priorities
