We are seeking a highly skilled and professional office coordinator to support our team in delivering exceptional services.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in business administration and prior experience in an administrative role. They will be able to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and other visitors with a professional demeanor
- Notifying staff of visitor appointments and arrivals
- Preparing meeting rooms and client areas as required
- Maintaining knowledge and operation of office equipment
- Preparing and updating records, minutes, and reports
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
