
Office Coordinator

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a Monday-to-Friday work week, competitive salary, and work-from-home flexibility.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated administrator to join our team at the Brisbane Head Office. In this key support role, you will coordinate travel and accommodation, manage rosters, and assist with onboarding for both new and existing employees across our field operations.
The successful candidate will have proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and previous experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment, or mobilisation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the mobilisation of new employees to site and manage transfers for existing staff.
- Organise and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, camp bookings, and car hire.
- Maintain and manage rosters for assigned project sites.
- Keep employee information up to date in travel and rostering systems.
- Assist in onboarding and maintain accurate records for all staff.
- Update and manage site management handbooks as required.
Strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, sound understanding of administration processes and procedures.
