About Us
We are one of Australia's largest and most experienced suppliers and manufacturers of branded merchandise including headwear, bags, apparel and more
As a family-owned business, operating for over 40 years, we are the exclusive supplier of global and house brands to a network of over 3,000 distributors.
Having experienced strong national growth from our Brisbane base, we opened a Melbourne warehouse in 2024 to better service our clients in the southern states.
As part of our continued investment in Victoria, we are expanding our Melbourne based Business Development team to drive further growth in this key market.
The Role
We are seeking a high-calibre individual who thrives on building customer relationships and growing accounts, and who is eager to join our committed, energetic team.
Our clients range from smaller independent businesses to distributors selling the world's largest brands. You will support them by:
Travelling to personally visit clients - this is a face to face role which will require you to be on the road the majority of the week.
Becoming a product matter expert and sharing your expertise with our clients
Proactively planning and executing activities that assist our clients to win business
Developing and maintaining close and collaborative relationships with our in-house team including customer facing, production and logistics departments

An experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience
An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
An energetic individual with a proactive, customer-centric approach and a strong work ethic
Willing and able to travel interstate as required
A team player with a passion for outstanding customer service
A quick learner who prides yourself on attention to detail
