The role of Head of Partnerships is a strategic leadership position. The successful candidate will drive strategy, growth, and impact across ANZ, with a strong emphasis on marketing collaboration and brand development.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with internal teams to align commercial and brand goals, optimise performance, and deliver exceptional outcomes for pet parents.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in senior client-facing roles, with a strong commercial acumen, strategic marketing insight, and leadership experience.
You will lead and grow strategic partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, champion scalable and compliant partner channels, and drive expansion into new markets.
Lead strategic partnerships with a focus on marketing integration and brand alignment
Collaborate with Product, Pricing, and Marketing to deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies
Champion scalable, compliant, and high-performing partner channels
Drive expansion into new markets and support innovation through data, AI, and marketing insights
Foster a high-performance culture across your team and the broader ecosystem
