**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation process for new HRIS clients, ensuring timely and effective deployment of solutions.
- Analyze client HR requirements and configure HRIS software accordingly.
- Provide end-to-end support during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Train clients on the effective use of the HRIS solution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery.
- Document implementation processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to HRIS solutions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of HRIS solutions, system integrations, and HR business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client implementations.
