Job Title: HRIS Administrator

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in People & Culture to support the implementation of a new HRIS system.

About The Role:
  • Act as the main point of contact for the HRIS, assisting employees and troubleshooting issues.
  • Support ongoing HRIS implementation and data migration with various teams across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver training to enhance system capability across the organisation.
About You:
  • Strong HRIS administration background, with experience in implementation.
  • Advanced Excel and database management capabilities.
  • Solid grasp of HR processes, including a good understanding of labour legislation and data protection.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
