Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS professional to join our collaborative team environment in Sydney's Northern Suburbs.

  • Fully on-site
  • Part-time: Four days per week
  • Hours: 8am to 4pm daily
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary support for the HRIS, assisting employees and troubleshooting issues
  • Support ongoing HRIS implementation and data migration with various teams across the organisation
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
  • Develop and deliver training to enhance system capability across the organisation
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Strong background in HRIS administration, with experience in implementation
  • Advanced Excel and database management skills
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, including labour legislation and data protection
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with key stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
