Senior Partner Solutions Architect

Overview:

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our Partners' success and help them deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing technical standards, providing architectural guidance, and enabling Partners to build world-class Managed Services practices.

Responsibilities:
  1. Own the creation and execution of the technical strategy for the AWS MSP Program in APJ.
  2. Drive improvements in Partners' technical capabilities through scalable mechanisms.
  3. Define technical validation criteria and best practices for the MSP Program.
  4. Build and lead a community of Solutions Architects focused on MSP enablement.
  5. Work backwards from Partner needs to influence AWS service roadmaps.
  6. Author technical content, deliver presentations, and create enablement materials.
  7. Provide technical guidance to strategic MSP Partners.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
  • Deep technical expertise across AWS services.
  • Experience with managed services, cloud operations, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong track record of technical leadership and community building.
  • Professional level fluency in written and spoken English.
