**Client Services Manager**

We are seeking a Client Service Manager within the Brisbane region to join our National Small Business team who support the retention and growth for Australia's Small Businesses and clients through a new digital experience within Aon.

The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Business Insurance Consultants. The team are responsible for renewing, retaining and growing our client base.

In this role, the Client Service Manager will ensure communication on Aon strategy, team goals and individual KPIs, whilst supporting the digital transformation, development and training of colleagues and ensure quality standards are met. They will inspire confidence and commitment across the team and create a supportive team culture. They ensure retention of our people through honest and genuine conversations and regular feedback.

**What the day will look like**
- Ensuring all client needs are identified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account retention and service delivery through the adoption and utilisation of our digital systems and platforms
- Collaborating with various Aon team / business leaders regarding best practice and product delivery
- Providing technical support to the team, training on products, and assist with the development of new products, systems and processes where applicable
- Working with multiple stakeholders across the business as we adopt multiple business change projects impacting the NSB team such as, but not limited to: DEFIGO - ACL and introduction of Sunrise.
- Ensures colleague portfolio allocation is reviewed and actioned quarterly in advance
- Contribute to the development and execution of National small business strategies
- Driving new business initiatives and growth strategies across your client servicing team
- Support and coach colleagues in managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries

- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Client Services/Sales mentality and ability to make a connection with clients (Sales)
- Insurance industry experience
- Tier 1 Qualification
- Experience in building retention & growth
- Be a strong people leader
- Analyze information and data, to find opportunities and prioritize
