Overview

Our clients are a wealth management firm based in Brisbane CBD that focus on providing advice to High-Net-Worth clients. They are currently experiencing growth and are looking for a Client Service Manager to join their team. Culture fit is important; they drive a fun and relaxed culture with office banter. The model is high touch, low volume with a lot of support, so time is spent on high-value tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the process of onboarding new clients and assist advisers with client maintenance.
  • Liaise with wrap platforms, margin lenders, super funds, fund managers, insurers, and share registries.
  • Record client requests, conversations, messages and work completed so advisers can monitor.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for all IPO, capital raisings, entitlement offers etc.
  • Book and prepare for client meetings as requested.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with markets, strategies and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service.
Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Financial Planning
  • XPLAN experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
