What you'll be doing?Manage loan processes: Oversee the entire loan journey from valuation to settlement, ensuring smooth and efficient progression at every stage.
Client communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for both lenders and clients, providing clear, timely, and professional support throughout the lending process.
Proactive problem-solving: Anticipate potential issues or delays and take swift action to resolve them, maintaining a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Team collaboration: Work closely with the onboarding officer to facilitate smooth client handovers and foster a positive, customer-focused culture within the team.
Service excellence: Lead by example in promoting and maintaining high standards of customer service across all client interactions.
Who are they looking for?Proven experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within residential lending, demonstrating your ability to manage loan files independently.
Industry knowledge: A solid understanding of loan structures, valuations, pricing, and credit policy, allowing you to navigate complex lending scenarios with confidence.
Solution-oriented approach: The ability to think creatively and act decisively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and the business.
Exceptional communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset, enabling you to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Technical proficiency: Familiarity with mortgage CRM systems (preferably MyCRM and AOL) and Microsoft Office, enhancing your ability to manage information effectively and efficiently.
