Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Client Services Manager located in Spring Hill Brisbane, QLD. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including the implementation and follow up of financial advice. This includes managing client interactions, completing applications and implementing investment trades. The role also involves utilizing analytical skills to assess client needs and conduct research. Looking for a candidate with strong verbal and written English communication skills who is interested in a career in financial services. As an employer we are flexible and supportive for annual exams if graduating in 2025.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
  • Highly Numerate
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Financial Planning, Economics, or a related field is essential

Additional skills or interest in AI or marketing would be highly regarded
