Working as part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you'll provide excellent customer service to our clients across Australia on **_The Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service_**.** Your clinical environment will be driven by human-centered, holistic, evidence-based care and supported by generous professional development.

**What you'll be doing**
- Managing client enrolment into our healthcare program **_The Get Healthy Information and Coaching Service_** **mainly through phone-based engagements
- Processing new referrals to the service, as you engage the right healthcare professionals for each client
- Working alongside other Client Connect Specialists, supporting your team with administration
- Building partnerships with internal teams to exchange client referrals and promote the work we do
- Helping to improve the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians.

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre
- Strong administration and time management skills, tech savvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including rapport building on first contact, and ability to work within a team
- Passionate about health and committed to making a real difference in the community.
