**About the Role**

Our Sydney team is looking for a Partner Growth Specialist who will work with our Partner Growth Manager to support our Drivers and Operators and help increase our fleet. You will take part in activities to generate leads bringing new Drivers and Operators to our network, as well as supporting the team and retention by building meaningful relationships with Drivers and Operators. Your goals will be:

- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Drivers and Operators to achieve growth and retention targets
- Be a point of contact for our Drivers and Operators to help provide administrative and sales support
- Promote our brands and proudly build confidence in them with Drivers and Operators
- Be involved with industry events to generate meaningful engagement experiences for our Drivers and Operators

We are looking for a positive and motivated individual who will have the following:

- Experience in a sales or business development role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about providing a great level of customer service
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team to achieve targets
- Efficient time management skills
