Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Business Development Manager. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to grow and develop strategic partnerships in the NSW region.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Identify opportunities for growth and create new offerings to drive revenue.
- Build, convert, and maintain a sustainable pipeline for long-term growth.
- Manage territory forecasts and pipeline performance in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
- Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
- Represent the company to partners and vice versa in sales-oriented activities.
- Nurture strategic relationships with customers and aligned vendors.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales within the Technology Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to attract and recruit new partners, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions focused on business outcomes.
- Accurate forecasting and planning skills.
- Drive to succeed in a high-performance sales culture.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
