**The Role**
The role of Workshop Coordinator is to manage the workshop admin efficiently, to communicate the breakdown and transport requirements to operators, suppliers and update registers.
- Managing workshop administration
- Communicating breakdown and transport requirements to operators & suppliers
- Mangement of digital prestart information and job tracking
- Coordination of breakdowns and servicing
- Upholding HSEQ standards throughout the business
**About you**
What we need from you
- Current VIC drivers license
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in scheduling maintenance of assets (specifically plant & machinery if possible)
- Knowledge of ISO quality systems
- Safety-first and self-motivated attitude
