Job Title: Workshop Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced workshop operations coordinator to lead our team of technicians in a fast-paced workshop environment.Job Description:As a workshop operations coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality standards. This includes supervising and working alongside a team of technicians, developing and implementing efficient workplace procedures, and liaising regularly with other supervisors and technicians regarding stock and production needs.In addition, you will assist with internal and external ISO audit processes, ensuring all processes comply with Australian Standards.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • A good understanding of Australian Standards relevant to fire equipment servicing (training provided if required)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage stock control processes effectively
  • Competent with internal invoicing, purchase ordering, and general administration
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident
