Job Description:
Position Summary

The role is responsible for initiation, implementation and delivery of workshop strategies including (but not limited to) running an efficient and safe workshop to ensure optimum productivity and customer satisfaction. Day to day coordination of service operations, supervision of the service team and working alongside your team to get the job done.

**Responsibilities**:
Jobs in Workshop- Organise work instructions, drawing folders, print and provide correct documentation to fitters- First point of call- Service calendar- Parts required- Supplier communication and parts availability- Fitment of parts

Safety Management- Oversee and approve- Take 5- JSA- Lift plan- Hot work permits

Jobs on Customer Sites- Communicate job scope to fitter- Organise tooling & parts required for job

Parts Department/stores/purchasing- Chase any parts outstanding with purchasing/spare parts personnel

Work Health & Safety- Attending HSE Committee meetings when available and carry out assigned agenda items

Service Administration- Raise and receipt Purchase Orders- Manage workshop consumables- Maintain records of service team training and qualifications- Management of Damstra and other site inductions- Administration of travel for flights and accommodation arrangements for service team- Opening work orders- Entering timesheets into Pronto- Ensure job costings and fitter expenses are included in the jobs- Reporting of final job costs- Liaise with customers for confirmation of job completion and approval to invoice- Invoice customer through the use of Pronto- Revenue Recognition compliance- Electronic filing of all service-related information and documents- Filing of all workshop compliance documentation- Follow the Terex values and policies, including those regarding safety, and participate in training/performance review processes- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of three years in a similar role, preferably within the extractive materials industry- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels, e.g. work colleagues, customers and service providers.- The ability to work under mínimal supervision and be a team player, interacting with co-workers in a pleasant, cooperative and professional manner- Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to handle the administrative component of this role- A high level of verbal and written communication skills- Well-developed computer skills including proficiency in Excel & Word, as well as software products. Experience in Pronto is desirable.- The ability to prepare technical documentation- Respect confidentiality
