**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Heavy Equipment Workshop Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and queries
  • Workshop administration, including creating and updating job cards
  • Raising purchase orders, contacting suppliers, and arranging quotes
  • Data entry
  • General administrative duties

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong data entry skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail
  • Effective organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be flexible, and able to work independently. SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.
