Job Description

A highly organised and systems-savvy professional is required to manage workshop administration, coordinate accounts, and streamline service and job tracking processes using Odoo or similar ERP systems.

About the Role:

This role involves administering day-to-day workshop operations, maintaining and improving ERP/workshop management systems, ensuring correct use of computer systems for vehicle servicing records, and training technicians in digital systems and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer scheduling, job tracking, quoting, and customer communication
  • Maintain and improve ERP/workshop management systems
  • Ensure accurate use of computer systems for vehicle service history and maintenance tracking
  • Train technicians in using digital systems and ensure process adherence
  • Monitor workflows for accuracy and efficiency across servicing jobs
  • Assist with procurement and inventory record management
