Workshop Service Coordinator Job Overview

The Workshop Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing customer engagement and data entry for our workshop.

  • Maintain and build relationships with existing key accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate and manage customer expectations regarding workshop bookings and scheduling to meet their needs effectively.
  • Attend to customer payments as required, ensuring timely resolution of financial matters.
  • Perform data entry involving timecards, service information, and invoicing with precision and accuracy.
  • Control vehicle condition reports and liaise with customers on pick-up/drop-off to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain workshop documents including service records, quality assurance, and consumables to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven administration and customer service experience, with a strong focus on relationship-building.
  • Experience with workshop operations, including data management and workflow optimization.
  • A good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to show initiative, solve problems, and make decisions that drive business growth.
  • A strong work ethic and effective time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
