We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Client & Partner Success Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is central to ensuring our clients and partners experience seamless onboarding and long-term success with Forwood. **What You'll Be Doing**:
- Client Coordination & Onboarding_
- Schedule and organise client meetings, ensuring materials are prepared in advance
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Support onboarding activities and workflows
- Collaborate with the Client Success team for smooth transitions
- Meeting & Project Administration_
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, and materials
- Take meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up
- Support internal communication and alignment across teams
- Assist with compiling client success stories and project reports
- Reporting & Commercial Support_
- Compile and distribute monthly operational reports
- Track purchase orders, renewals, and contract documentation
- Support ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders
- Training & Enablement_
- Deliver system training to clients
- Prepare presentation decks and materials for meetings
- Help ensure clients understand system processes and best practices
- Travel & Logistics Support_
- Coordinate travel logistics for team members
- Monitor budgets and expense tracking spreadsheets
